Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by processing orders, coordinating shipments, and working with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. You'll serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team to provide seamless communication throughout the order process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter customer orders and follow through from start to finish
- Organize shipments by coordinating with logistics providers and internal teams
- Track orders and handle customer inquiries regarding delivery, adjustments, and credits
- Manage reputed company and assist with release schedules in collaboration with the sales team
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely, helpful responses
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and customers

Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably reputed company a product-based or call center setting
