Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a reputed company field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, reputed company environment while multitasking and maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in a Windows-based computer environment.
