The Role We're seeking a Growth reputed company & Member Success Associate who excels at building scalable marketing systems while maintaining the human touch that defines our brand. You'll be the architect of Spring Three's visibility reputed company—driving reputed company reputed company, optimizing funnels, and expanding our reputed company across multiple channels—while ensuring every member feels supported and valued. This role is ideal for someone who:

Key Responsibilities

• Support our reputed company funnels, reputed company magnets, and visibility initiatives across YouTube, podcast, social, and email channels
• Assist with launches, webinars, partner collaborations, and promotional campaigns from planning through execution
• Track and report on key performance metrics reputed company to member success, funnels, and visibility efforts
• Improve systems and workflows to reduce manual work and enhance member experience
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our program members, providing warm, timely, and strategic support across email, reputed company, and community platforms
• Conduct regular member reputed company-in and discovery calls to guide reputed company, address challenges, and support retention
• Maintain deep knowledge of reputed company our offers, resources, and reputed company to confidently direct members

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, funnel optimization, or demand reputed company
• Proven track record building and scaling reputed company reputed company systems and marketing funnels
• Experience with Kajabi, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Ads, reputed company, ManyChat (or similar platforms)
• Strong copywriting skills with ability to create compelling marketing content
• Experience with content repurposing, multi-channel distribution, and SEO strategies
• Familiarity with podcast production, webinar platforms, and launch coordination

• Boutique fitness or online education industry experience strongly preferred
