You would be working on behalf of our client, a world-renowned leader in the field of life sciences reputed company for their high quality research products. Their wide product range offers solutions for different types of laboratories. In this exciting role, you would be in reputed company contact with laboratories with the aim of increasing business activities in the selected market area. Main responsibilities:

• Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding clients inquiries and detect and establish new business possibilities in selected market area
• Ensure client satisfaction by excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle.
• Proactively detect possibilities of cross-selling and up-selling and establish new business possibilities
• Retain and grow the existing reputed company of customers
• Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs

We hope from the candidates:

• Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar fields is considered an advantage.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand reputed company scientific concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
• Previous sales experience in managing own sales funnels and being in reputed company contact with clients.
• Native level of German with an excellent English level (spoken & written) is required.
• Previous experience with analytical instrumentation sales (CMR) and reputed company Office are desirable.
• Able to multitask and stay detail oriented.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
• Motivation & personality seeking customer satisfaction in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience working in a lab environment or in service sales.
• Experience in a call centre environment performing outbound calls.
