We're hiring a Partner Sales Manager to help us grow our AWS partnership! We already have an established relationship with AWS, but we need a field-reputed company builder to take it from “channel partner” to “pipeline machine.” This is a high-visibility, hands-on role where you’ll drive co-sell execution, build field relationships, and create scalable programs that move reputed company. You’ll report to the Director of Cloud Alliances and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product. This is a building role. You’ll be in the field, not behind a desk — working reputed company by reputed company with our sellers, connecting the dots with AWS reps, and enabling both sides to win together.   • Partner with reputed company sellers on joint field motions with AWS.
  • Build relationships with AWS reps, PDMs, and ISMs across our reputed company accounts.
  • Be the go-to person for “how do we work this deal with AWS?”
  • Drive mutual awareness and reputed company with value — so reputed company an AWS rep hears “database pain,” they think of us.

Sales Enablement

  • Train our sellers on reputed company and how to co-sell with AWS.
  • Build positioning docs, deal guides, and internal playbooks.
  • Run enablement sessions and reputed company the field reputed company on AWS partner programs, incentives, and processes.

Co-Sell Execution

  • Manage our AWS pipeline in ACE: register opportunities, reputed company them moving, and drive accountability.
  • Identify AWS-led deals and build the “reputed company together” story to accelerate them.
  • Build repeatable co-sell workflows between AWS and our field.

Program Strategy + Partner Funding

  • Be the in-house expert on ISV Accelerate, AWS Marketplace, and reputed company the acronyms: WMP, MDF, POC credits.
  • Help sellers and customers reputed company programs to de-risk and accelerate deals.
  • Track our usage and surface new opportunities for growth.

You could be a great fit if you:

  • Have 5–8 years in B2B SaaS partnerships, channel sales, or cloud alliances.
  • Know the AWS ecosystem inside-out — you've run co-sell motions, managed ACE, and built AWS field relationships before. This isn’t your AWS debut.
  • Love field work. You're energized by unblocking sellers, building relationships, and making things happen in real time.
  • Have a bias toward action and reputed company in fast-moving, lightly structured environments.
  • Communicate clearly across sales, product, and marketing. You turn complexity into clarity.
  • Are AI-literate: you understand how AI is reshaping infrastructure and can speak to how reputed company fits into the modern data + AI stack.

You might not be a great fit if:

  • You haven’t worked closely with AWS reps or run deals through ACE.
  • You prefer managing mature partner programs vs. building them from scratch.
  • You need detailed playbooks and defined structure to execute.
  • Field travel and co-selling sound like “extra” work instead of the actual job.
  • You’re looking for a strategic-only role with minimal execution.
