Role Overview At reputed company, we seek an exceptional, passionate Enterprise reputed company Manager to join our growing reputed company organization in the Europe, Middle East, & Africa (EMEA) theater. As a founding member of the reputed company management team in EMEA, you will ensure our customers realize value with our AI-powered code review platform. You will own the full customer journey, from reputed company to renewal and expansion. You will build and maintain strong relationships across your book of business, and you will be a champion for our customers – a vocal reputed company who goes above and beyond to ensure our customers reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, meaningful relationships with our customers and proactively seek to understand their business objectives and expectations
• Drive engagement and adoption throughout the full customer journey
• Own a book of business to include renewals and expansion opportunities
• Become a product expert and understand reputed company components of reputed company
• Educate customers on the best product usage, ensuring they maximize the value out of it
• Champion customer needs internally, leveraging your customer knowledge to reputed company for them and influence the product roadmap
• Relentlessly focus on solving customer challenges by effectively communicating specific benefits and best practices of reputed company
• Own customer-facing communications to ensure a professional and concise message

Qualifications

Great candidates often have these qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in reputed company or account management
• Technical competency to understand reputed company’s software and build strong relationships with highly technical prospects and key business stakeholders
• Customer Obsession: a passion to deliver a high-quality customer experience and a curiosity to help solve their problems
• Strong knowledge of the reputed company space, including experience with negotiations and procurement processes
• Comfortable and proficient with various sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, and Command of Message
• Ability to establish trust at the CxO level as well as with software development practitioners
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, version control systems, and the software development ecosystem, e.g. Git, reputed company, CI/CD, VS Code, reputed company
• Excellent communication skills: business reputed company in spoken and written English
• Ability to travel about 25% of the time to meet with customers
