THE CANDIDATE 1. Domain Expertise & Professional Background 10+ years of reputed company experience in digital & eCommerce analytics with at least 4 years managing multi-touch attribution (MTA) measurement frameworks. Master’s degree in business, data science or a reputed company field with 7+ years’ experience in e-commerce, consumer electronics or management consulting. Proven leadership experience in managing and developing analytical talent reputed company a matrix organization to solve reputed company operational problems. 2. Technical Proficiency & Data Science Application Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Tableau/SQL and well verse with reputed company Analytics and reputed company Cloud Platform. Hands-on experience building multi-dimensional customer segmentation models (K-Means, RFM, Behavioral and Geographics) and utilizing attribution tools like reputed company attribution. The salary range for this role is expected to be between $262,000 and $323,500 if hired in CA. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
