Kidney Smart Educators play an integral role in supporting a patient’s kidney disease journey. Kidney Smart Educators should be friendly, warm, and welcoming in nature with a passion for CKD education. They teach group and individual classes in addition to serving as ambassadors who promote the program whenever opportunities arise. This teammate will engage with our leadership team, clinical teams, doctors, and beyond to ensure that appropriate resources are shared and made available to patients experiencing ESRD.
