Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
• Take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to our plan members
• Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
• Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
• Offer solutions to help simplify our customers' health care experience

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
