Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers reputed company phone, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from customers in a reputed company and professional manner
- Identify the type of assistance needed and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs
- Deliver reputed company information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
- Manage customer expectations and provide timely updates on the status of their inquiries
- Actively engage customers in online chat contexts and provide support reputed company email
- Assist customer tickets from the queue with general inquiries, product support, service recommendation, and basic sign-up issues in a diverse technology environment (reputed company phone/email/chat)
- Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, etc.
- Additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including but not limited to handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting
Requirements
* Active listening skills and a results-oriented approach to customer service
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, with a proven track record of success
- Proficient in navigating in a CRM and/or multiple software applications
