Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for studying, resolving, and correcting records to ensure the accuracy of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from various regions reputed company the company, discovering and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
