Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers in our Ticket and reputed company areas. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every customer has a smooth and pleasant travel experience, from ticketing and baggage reputed company-in to reputed company boarding and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:

Ticket Agent:

+ Greet customers and assist them with the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process + Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets + Manage the reputed company-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel + Tag baggage and reputed company lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to reputed company belts + Practice safety conscious behaviors in reputed company operational processes and procedures
