Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

You will also provide customer input to annual plans, including marketing, commercial, and innovation plans.

Organizational Development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of direct sales experience in CPG, with a track record of successfully selling into multiple national and regional channel customers
  • Previous experience managing people/teams preferred
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with a strong desire to produce results and an entrepreneurial spirit to succeed
  • Able to quickly assess the needs of the business, reputed company an action plan, and manage the required change
  • Ability to effectively intermingle with a wide variety of business professionals
  • Passion for building brands, new products, and long-term growth
