Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their reputed company and rental needs

• Take incoming calls, reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors

• Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return, process returns, reputed company-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
• Effectively market the company while picking up customers and/or dropping them off in a safe and courteous manner, assisting customers as needed
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment
• Notify Management of any reputed company vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance
• Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment reputed company needed

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Must have worked 12 (twelve) months or more at most recent employer

• Experience working late nights preferred
• Previous experience in the automotive rental industry or a reputed company field is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
