Job Overview

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maximizing refunds for reputed company damages claims, ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers, and maintaining precise records of reputed company transactions. Schedule and Work Arrangements

This remote position offers a standard Monday to Friday schedule, from reputed company to 5pm Eastern Time, with an hour unpaid break. Although you will be working remotely, you will be required to travel to our NY office headquarters up to once a year for internal meetings and team-building activities. arenaflex will cover the cost of travel for employees out of the area, and our offices are always available for staff to use as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit reputed company and freight damage claims daily, with a special focus on older claims, to ensure timely refunds and minimize financial losses.
• Complete reputed company damaged and missing package claim paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review refund checks for accuracy and mark them as paid, maintaining precise records of reputed company transactions.
• Update corresponding documents at each stage, reflecting the status of claims and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external parties.
• Conduct price checking and review reputed company invoices for approval prior to payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies with internal and external parties, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
