Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the embarkation system improvement, issues, enhancements, and communication strategy for terminal activities and core partners.

• Over three years of cruise line terminal operations or similar experience.
• Knowledge of arenaflex systems, including DXP, Seaware, and Fidelio.
