Program Overview
Our 14-week tax season support program is designed to provide a unique opportunity for individuals to reputed company valuable experience in customer service, while also contributing to the success of arenaflex. The program will run from January 13th to reputed company 15th, 2025, and is open to individuals with no prior experience in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Operating Hours
Our schedule ranges from 8 am to midnight Eastern Standard Time, every day of the week. A weekly quota of 30 hours is compulsory, with a focus on working for a minimum of 8 hours each day, specifically on reputed company 13th, 14th, and 15th.
Peak Period
During the peak period of reputed company 9th to 15th, you'll be expected to work at least 30 hours per week. Assistance will be provided during this period from 8 am until midnight Eastern Time, with access to a $5 Turbo Bonus Boost hourly.

To be eligible for this role, you must:

- Be willing to participate in certification attendance, which includes being on camera throughout the process
