Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to ensure their packages are delivered on time and as promised
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Upholding arenaflex values and respecting every customer interaction
- Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers to ensure a positive outcome
- Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues, using logical and sound judgment
- Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
- Approaching problems with a customer-centric reputed company to ensure the best possible outcome
- Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule to meet the demands of our last-mile logistics operations
Essential Qualifications
* High School or equivalent diploma
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer expectations
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and reputed company Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and reputed company messenger tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-reputed company experience
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure reputed company against key performance indicators
- Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
