Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders, returns, and product inquiries
- Providing detailed information about arenaflex products, services, and policies
- Assisting customers with navigating the arenaflex website and mobile app
- Resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
