Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering and handling calls regarding accounts and other reputed company questions, utilizing appropriate compliance and reputed company measures to identify customers and protect against fraud
- Actively listening and asking questions to determine customer needs, ensuring proper routing of calls and/or presentation of solutions to their inquiries
- Collecting on assigned delinquent accounts in a timely and effective manner, reputed company established guidelines
- Documenting reputed company communications and transactions of material manner with customers
- Protecting the confidentiality of reputed company aspects of arenaflex's operations, portfolio, customer information, and computer technology
- Working knowledge of state and federal laws applicable to collections, including FDCPA, TCPA, and Rees-Levering among others
- Actively participating in team meetings to improve workflows, collection processes, and department efficiencies

- Displaying professionalism and reputed company

- Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
- Referencing available services to meet customers' needs

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or a reputed company field
