As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, technical support, and sales interactions to our clients across the country. Key Responsibilities
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks

- Explain and position products and processes with customers
- Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team

Candidate Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)

- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
