Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our members, and you will be responsible for answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information and resources they need to navigate the healthcare system. You will work in a high-volume, customer-service environment, and you will be expected to be efficient, productive, and thorough in your work.

Responsibilities

* Call members to schedule in-home visits with a physician or a nurse practitioner

• Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries
• Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns
• Work in a high-volume, customer-service environment
• Be efficient, productive, and thorough in your work
• Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of work experience
• Experience with reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook (create, edit, save, send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between our normal business hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm local time
• May be required to work occasional overtime or weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry

• Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare
• Experience working in a customer retention-focused role

Telecommuting Requirements

* Reside reputed company EST or CST

Compensation and Benefits

* The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment
