Job Overview

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support to the accounts payable team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Processing of semi-monthly accounts payable electronic fund transfers, maintaining timely and efficient payment schedules.
• Day-to-day organization and monthly reconciliations of executive credit cards, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Entering and processing of employee expense reports, providing excellent customer service and support to staff members.
• Travel expense organization and reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement of expenses.

Qualifications and Work Experience

The ideal candidate will have education or experience in accounting or a reputed company field, with a strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems.
