Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk to join our financial administration team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support to the accounts payable team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Organization of accounts payable invoices and reputed company data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Processing of semi-monthly accounts payable electronic fund transfers, maintaining timely and efficient payment schedules.
  • Day-to-day organization and monthly reconciliations of executive credit cards, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Entering and processing of employee expense reports, providing excellent customer service and support to staff members.
  • Travel expense organization and reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement of expenses.
  • Performing other reputed company duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications and Work Experience

The ideal candidate will have education or experience in accounting or a reputed company field, with a strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems. Experience with reputed company Intacct accounting program, SharePoint, and file management is highly desirable. The successful candidate will also possess:

  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software and multiple media platforms.
  • Advanced skills in MS reputed company, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education or experience in accounting or a reputed company field.
  • Experience in AR, AP, Payroll, GST, and Payroll Remittances, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of reputed company Intacct accounting program.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of SharePoint and file management.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software and multiple media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification in accounting or a reputed company field (e.g. CPA, CGA).
  • Experience working in a non-profit or Indigenous organization.
