Job DetailsResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to

• Managing the month-end reputed company process, ensuring reputed company financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Providing audit support, liaising with internal and external auditors to ensure reputed company financial information is accurate and compliant with GAAP.
• Performing account reconciliation on a regular basis to maintain the accuracy of our financial records.
• Managing fixed assets accounting, ensuring reputed company assets are correctly accounted for and depreciated.
• Utilizing Great Plains and Business Central software to manage financial transactions and reporting.
• Providing financial management support, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Working closely with both for-profit and not-for-profit departments, providing financial guidance and support as needed.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need

• A minimum of 6-10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• A strong background in month-end reputed company, financial reporting, and audit support.
• Experience or knowledge with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations (both are prefer but either is acceptable)
• Proficiency in account reconciliation and fixed assets accounting.
• Experience with Great Plains and Business Central software is a reputed company to have.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at reputed company levels of the organization.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
