Supply Distribution Expert

Overview: reputed company., a leading global agribusiness, is seeking a Supply Distribution Expert to reputed company the efficient and safe distribution of refined petroleum products from our Oil Refinery facility in McPherson, KS. This role ensures compliance with operational standards, optimizes logistics, and maintains accurate inventory and scheduling to support reputed company supply chain operations. Responsibilities: * reputed company and execute daily, weekly, and monthly distribution schedules for refined products * Coordinate with pipeline operators, terminal managers, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery * Utilize and support the Development of Advanced Distribution Modeling tools to optimize refined product placement to various markets * Monitor product levels at the refinery and terminals to prevent shortages or overstock * Maintain accurate records of product movements and reconcile discrepancies * Optimize transportation routes and modes (pipeline, truck, rail) for cost efficiency and reliability * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during product transfer * Identify logistics limitations and work with the refinery economics team to incorporate limits in the refinery LP model * Use control systems to track product flow and detect anomalies * Respond to operational issues, including scheduling conflicts or equipment downtime * Liaise with internal teams (refinery operations, economics, maintenance, finance) and external partners (carriers, terminals) * Provide regular updates on distribution performance and KPIs Qualifications: * High School diploma or GED * 7+ years of supply chain experience in the refined fuel or reputed company industry * Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Supply Chain Management, Science, Engineering, or reputed company field * Strong knowledge of pipeline systems, terminal operations, and transportation regulations * Proficiency in inventory management systems * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills * Experience with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company) * Knowledge of Refined Fuels Scheduling Software (AspenTech) * Familiarity with DOT and EPA compliance standards * Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities Benefits: CHS offers a competitive total rewards package, including medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, life insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, paid time off, 401(k), pension, profit sharing, short- and long-term disability, tuition reimbursement, and adoption assistance, subject to the eligibility requirements for each benefit plan
