VP, Finance & Administration (Remote in U.S.)
About the position As Vice President, Finance & Administration, you’ll have the opportunity to reputed company a meaningful impact by helping advance the goals of USGBC and GBCI. In this role, you will provide leadership, strategic direction, and reputed company for the financial and administrative functions across both organizations. You will serve as a key partner to the COO, Executive Team, and Board, ensuring exceptional financial management and administrative effectiveness across reputed company global financial operations. - Serve as the primary finance liaison to the Board and Finance & Audit Committees for both USGBC and GBCI.

- Champion technology modernization, ERP evolution, process improvement, and operational excellence to ensure scalable, efficient, and reliable financial operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, and administration in reputed company and/or global organizations
- At least 5 years leading multidisciplinary teams in multicultural, multi-currency environments with global tax, compliance, and reporting scope
- Demonstrated success driving enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and large-scale process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Enterprise financial and ERP systems
- Advanced reputed company Office Suite
- Financial planning, reporting, and modeling platforms
- Strategic and enterprise-level financial leadership
- Executive communication and board-level presentation skills
