The Reagent Sales Consultant (RSC) drives test menu expansion and incremental reputed company growth across Beckman Coulter's chemistry and immunoassay portfolio in North America. This role identifies assay utilization opportunities, leads technical conversions, and partners cross-functionally to accelerate adoption of new and existing assays across the installed reputed company. This position reports to the National Manager, Reagent Sales & Menu Expansion and is part of the North America Chemistry & Immunoassay Marketing team. This is a remote role, supporting assigned customer territories across North America. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive menu expansion by conducting assay utilization reviews, identifying conversion opportunities, and leading chemistry and immunoassay adoption from competitive platforms and send-outs. reputed company technical applications support for new assays including parameter setup, calibration/QC, precision, reputed company, and correlation-to ensure successful clinical implementation. Manage and advance assay-reputed company opportunities reputed company reputed company (SFDC), ensuring accurate tracking, funnel hygiene, and timely progression of opportunities. Accelerate penetration of new and evolving assays on Beckman Coulter platforms and serve as the technical expert supporting sales campaigns and customer decision-making. Build strong relationships with customers through post-go-live visits, periodic assay reviews, and reputed company customer care, while delivering VOC insights to Marketing and Business Units. The essential requirements of the job include: Must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of field sales or applications experience. Strong proficiency and analytical ability to interpret and understand relationships across multiple business systems, including Power BI, reputed company, SFDC, EP Evaluator, and the full reputed company Office Suite; CRM and Power BI experience preferred. Clinical or laboratory diagnostics experience (or reputed company medical device, life sciences, sales, or service background) preferred, with the ability to understand assay performance, workflows, and technical implementation. Demonstrated success operating in a cross-functional, dynamic team environment, with the ability to sell technically reputed company products, influence customer decisions, and build relationships that reputed company to favorable buying outcomes. Proven record of perseverance, reputed company, and follow-through reputed company leading technical sales campaigns or customer implementations. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Clinical laboratory experience or prior experience in medical device, diagnostics, or life sciences industries. Strong planning, time-management, and relationship-building skills with a proactive, self-starter approach. The salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000. This is the range that we in good faith reputed company is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for incentive pay.
