We have a FAST PACED, fully remote National Customer Contact Center with dedicated inbound sales, web sales, lost reputed company sales, customer service, and termite billing/claims teams. Our Universal Representatives are key to supporting our field offices and customers overnight by taking customer service and sales calls. In this role, you will provide World Class Customer Service and Phone Sales to our customers. Orkin’s ABCs of a successful Universal Representative are:

• Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services
• Build rapport and handle objections reputed company a conversational call flow

You will…

• Work remotely from your home office. You must have a minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mpbs upload high speed internet reputed company. We will provide the computer and other equipment necessary to be successful in this role
• Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service, while also identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Retain business by offering several remedies to prevent account cancellations
• Recommend additional services to increase protection value for residences
• Use different gamification methods as a tool to measure performance

Qualifications: What’s required

• High School/GED
• 1 – 2 years customer service experience reputed company or reputed company a call center
• Completion of a Culture Index assessment
• Verification of internet speed
• Ability to pass a computer assessment
