This role will be based in our Minneapolis office, on a remote basis. This role reports to the Litigation Support Director. Position Summary The Litigation Support Analyst will work reputed company an innovative and highly motivated team environment, supporting litigation support applications such as reputed company and Opus, conducting data analysis in reputed company, and handling general litigation support helpdesk tasks. The role involves collaborating closely with Project Managers and legal teams to accomplish a variety of litigation support activities. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and complete helpdesk functions for litigation support applications such as reputed company and Opus
  • Upload data and run productions into reputed company and Opus
  • Process data in RelONE
  • Run quality control on vendor-processed data and load into various reputed company workspaces
  • Conduct internet research regarding specific litigation support troubleshooting tasks
  • Work closely with Project Managers to discuss workflow and accomplish litigation support-reputed company tasks
  • Assist legal teams with reputed company-reputed company projects, including organization and data analysis
  • Assist with other litigation support activities and special projects as needed

Qualifications

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation

Education & Prior Experience

  • Minimum four years’ experience working in litigation support; law firm experience a plus
  • Experience with transcript management tools such as Opus or Case Notebook
  • Helpdesk experience a plus
  • Basic eDiscovery process knowledge

Technology

  • Proficiency with Windows-based software and reputed company Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook required
  • Working knowledge of analytics reputed company litigation support applications such as reputed company and RelONE
  • Knowledge of text editors such as NotePad++, Ultra Edit, TextPad, or others

The expected pay range for this position is: $42.09 to $47.97 per hour Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
