Our hotel, which features over 1,400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center. Our reputed company Office team consists of our Director of reputed company Office Operations, reputed company Office Managers, Assistant reputed company Office Managers, our Pre-Arrival Coordinators, Guest Service agents and bell persons. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of recent customer service experience, at least 1 year experience in hospitality. Ability to work the required shifts and experience with reputed company Office programs. Shift reputed company: Open availability - weekdays, weekends, holidays are required. Pay reputed company: $19.18 per hour, plus potential for additional income through upselling! - Welcome, reputed company-in, and orient arriving guests to the hotel
- Checking out guests and processing payments on-account
- Respond to guest inquiries in-person, email, and telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
- Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
