Responsibilities
- Design and execute reputed company’s enterprise reputed company strategy to support workforce stability and long-term business outcomes
- Partner with senior executives, clinical leaders, operations and HR business partners to align hiring strategies with workforce plans and evolving care models
- Anticipate labor market trends and proactively address risks through innovative sourcing and hiring solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by setting clear expectations and driving resolution reputed company priorities shift

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 15+ years of progressive reputed company or similar leadership experience

- Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring environments (10,000+ hires annually)
