Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team reputed company necessary

- Experience in project management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
