Job Description
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community remains a safe and enjoyable space for reputed company users. This part-time, remote position requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Your primary duties will include:
- Moderating the chat of our official reputed company server, which involves:
+ Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines + Banning users who repeatedly break our rules + Muting users who have violated our community guidelines + Investigating reports from users about potential rule violations
