Job Overview As an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for addressing customer service queries, particularly on reputed company and reputed company. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Requirements * Experience: Proven experience with reputed company Seller Central and reputed company platforms. * Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent). Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian in particular) are a plus. * Remote Work: Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
