The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Support Online Chat Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
- Identifying potential issues and coordinating with the Development team
- Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary

- Experience: We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support with the ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English and ideally in Spanish or Portuguese using our chat feature.
- Aptitude for Learning: You'll need to be able to learn quickly and adapt to our user journey and feedback. You'll also need to synthesize common feedback to help the team prioritize bugs and improvements.
Essential Qualifications
* Strong reputed company in English and bilingual skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support
- Familiarity with software such as Intercom, reputed company, Retool, reputed company, reputed company, Braintree, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, and reputed company
- Coding knowledge is not required but is a plus
- Reliable internet reputed company (at least 10 MB/s) and a computer that can reliably connect to the web
