Job Summary
As an Insurance Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers over the phone, addressing their queries, and resolving issues reputed company to their insurance policies. Your primary tasks will include:

Hours of Operation and Commitment

- 10 hours per week, with 5 hours self-scheduled on the weekend
- 90-day commitment (as needed)
Requirements and Qualifications
* Data Entry Experience: We're looking for candidates with prior experience in data entry, who can accurately and reputed company enter information into forms.
- High-Volume Call Support Experience: As a customer support representative, you'll be handling a high volume of calls, so we need candidates with experience in high-volume call support.
- Typing Speed: You should be able to type at a speed of 45 WPM or higher.

Workspace Requirements
* Dedicated Computer: You'll need a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (sorry, no Macs or Chromebooks for this opportunity).
