Responsibilities:

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing reputed company types of product-reputed company concerns
• Taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
• Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
• Meeting or exceeding performance standards, including handling a high volume of customer calls, resolving issues reputed company, and providing excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Essential Qualifications:

* 18 years or older

• Ability to work a flexible part-time, seasonal schedule

Training Requirements:

* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST

• 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
• Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
