Job Summary:

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, handling various aspects of ticketing and baggage, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and courteous service to customers, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on flights, baggage, and other travel-reputed company matters
- Operate a computerized ticketing system, process transactions, and handle cash, checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment
- Manage baggage and freight, ensuring timely and efficient handling
- Resolve customer complaints and issues reputed company to oversold flights, delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged baggage, and other travel-reputed company issues
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, reservations, and other travel-reputed company matters
- Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
- Write incident and complaint reports as needed

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
