Job Overview: Customer Experience Chatroom Operator
We're seeking exceptional customer service professionals to join our Conversion Improvement team as Customer Experience Chatroom Operators. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling inbound messages from our top clients and using cases, providing thoughtful, reputed company, and appropriate guidance to consumers. Key Responsibilities:
