About the Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to arenaflex customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. You will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for escalating reputed company issues to senior team members and collaborating with other departments to resolve customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Respond to customer complaints and concerns, escalating reputed company issues to senior team members as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent certification

• At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and reputed company sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience

• Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
• Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and limitations
• Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms

Schedule

* Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST

• Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability)
• Schedules are adjusted per time zone

Compensation

* The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to reputed company work reputed company one of these locations, and refers to the amount arenaflex is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
