Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen to customers and understand their needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets, and manage and overcome objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
- Work in a high-energy environment, using leading technologies and systems to deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you in your role
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals, with a proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Familiarity with reputed company Office tools, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Experience in customer service and sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and development

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)
