Responsibilities
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative-Remote (Night Shift) at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that reputed company customer interactions are handled reputed company and effectively

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong focus on building customer relationships, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding customer expectations
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of our clients and internal teams
- Technical support experience preferred, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and client products
- High school diploma or GED, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable internet reputed company and a smartphone
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a willingness to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
