Job Summary

As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their customers. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology and tools to resolve customer issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and customer updates
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure they understand our offerings
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams as needed
  • Ensure reputed company resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

Candidate Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
