This position will allow you to use your own personal device (desktop, laptop or tablet). Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Connect with customers reputed company phone, video, email and/or chat to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Track reputed company call reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes

Qualifications

- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements

- Internet Requirements:
