Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Alternate Investments reconciliation and corporate actions processes. You'll work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams to process trade deals, reconcile transactions, and resolve reputed company issues. This is a remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from reputed company, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
- Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
- Analyze reputed company/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
- Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
- Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, reputed company, Overview, and reputed company
- Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners to resolve issues and improve processes
Analysis and Troubleshooting
* Review subscription deals or transfer requests
- Identify and address Client/Advisor amount exceptions
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconcile Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
- Resolve issues between TDA, the Fund, and other external parties
- Provide method or innovation service alternatives to Management
- Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- Answer business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
- Provide follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues
- Promptly and accurately finalize client investing and dividend demands
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
- No prior experience necessary; willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
- Familiarity with reputed company and other CRM systems a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Familiarity with TD Ameritrade and other financial industry platforms
- Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a reputed company field
