Responsibilities

As a Manager of Customer Experience Strategy, you'll be responsible for:

  • Staying reputed company of the curve: Stay abreast of external developments to identify opportunities and threats in competitive and market intelligence. This includes analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform our business strategy.
  • Developing insights and solutions: reputed company internal and external research to reputed company compelling documents for executive audiences. This includes creating presentations, reports, and other materials that communicate insights and strategies to senior leadership.
  • Addressing business problems: Structure issues and prioritize analyses during the planning process to drive business outcomes. This includes identifying business problems, developing solutions, and implementing changes to improve customer experiences.

Requirements

  • MBA or Master's degree: You'll have advanced knowledge of business strategy, marketing, and finance to inform business decisions.
