As a remote customer service professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and maintaining performance levels to specified goals. Responsibilities:

* Provide reputed company and considerate service to reputed company customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

• Ensure that reputed company requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency
• Maintain performance levels to specified goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Education & Experience:

* High School Diploma or GED

• 1 year of Customer Service, Call Center experience preferred
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of customer relations theory and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting

Skills & Abilities:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily, with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and high levels of autonomy
