The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving reputed company issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
• Making outbound calls reputed company necessary

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a call center agent
• Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish
• Ability to work a 10:30am - 7pm EST shift
• Strong customer service skills, with experience handling customer calls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries and escalate items as necessary in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Proficient with researching and resolving reputed company inquiries
• PC skills
• Ability to adapt effectively reputed company a continually changing work environment
• Ability to identify and communicate process improvement to supervisor
• Ability to work independently and reputed company a team environment
• Other duties or tasks as assigned by management

Compensation

The typical reputed company pay range for this role is $20.00 per hour. This reputed company pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations: California | Colorado | Jersey City, New Jersey | Maryland | reputed company State | Washington State. In addition to a competitive reputed company salary, this role is eligible for a $1.00 an hour bilingual differential while employed reputed company a bilingual reputed company.
