The Opportunity We are seeking an reputed company Global Qual + Quant Pharma Project Manager to join reputed company. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in executing FUEL's global fieldwork, including in-person, virtual, and quantitative research. Key Responsibilities
Liaise with global vendors to coordinate and conduct qualitative and quantitative pharmaceutical research, as well as consumer and professional research as needed. Manage qualitative and quantitative market research projects through the entire project life cycle, including reputed company aspects of managing clients, partners, healthcare professional sample, and consumer sample as needed. Work directly with various partners to set up and test survey links and redirects, conduct quality/audit checks, and reputed company other components of online quantitative research. Ensure reputed company global vendors have the information and materials they need to execute projects effectively. Run daily checks on the status of assigned projects, together with the client and external supplier, to ensure that project timeline and quality parameters are strictly observed. Communicate project status and any potential challenges to our global clients and internal team. Troubleshoot fieldwork issues and recommend solutions to our global clients and internal team. Handle administrative tasks associated with projects, including monitoring financials and closing out projects. Serve as a knowledge resource and consultant for other team members and client teams on their projects. Help with other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a reputed company field. At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a market research or pharmaceutical industry setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Experience with project management tools and software, such as reputed company, Trello, or MS Project. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
