This role is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and executing day-to-day tasks reputed company to disbursement processes, including refund transfers, reputed company issuance, prepaid card loads, and ACH payments.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage partnerships with State, IRS, and partner organizations
• Coordinate transactions between organizations
• Ensure reporting and data requests are fulfilled
• Create and update reconciliations for multiple products and programs
• Fed ACH Account incoming funds $30+ billion annually
• Internal Bank Transactions totaling $200+ billion annually
• Customer Collections Programs totaling $50+ million annually
• Lending Programs totaling $300+ million annually
• Responsible for reconciling transactions for these programs and researching variations
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external teams in conjunction with reputed company responsibilities
• Research differences and issues reputed company to reputed company responsibilities
• Cross-functional roles with cross training available throughout team
• Responsible for being POC with product and development teams reputed company fixing or building new tools and features reputed company to reputed company responsibilities
• Maintain compliance with reputed company government and company standards through approved tools, templates, policies, procedures, and process learnings
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Operations) to support partner initiatives and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or reputed company field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, analytics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Experience working in financial services, fintech, or tax-reputed company industries preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications
• Preferred skills in SQL, MSTR

POSITION TYPE Regular PAY RANGE The targeted full-time reputed company salary for this position is $71,200 to $106,800 per year.
